Lymphatic Drainage when your lymph nodes get blocked, you can get a build-up of lymph causing swelling discomfort, and fatigue.

The fluid in the lymphatic drainage system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. Some health conditions can overload the lymphatic system as well as poor diet, lack of sleep, dehydration, stress, trauma, infections lack of movement and over-exposure to environmental toxins.
