Charlotte is a registered advanced Lymphoedema therapist and pain and injury therapist who runs her own private clinic where she treats both wellness and pathology. As well as providing specialised  manual therapy, Charlotte encourages self empowerment by educating her clients and patients about their conditions, providing home exercises and self care methods. 

She previously spent 5 years working with soccer and GAA teams at all levels doing pitch-side first aid, pre-match taping, strapping and injury rehabilitation.
